Upon completion of a contract, any files of your Manuscript or portions thereof will be removed from online services and applications and stored on company-owned hard drives, discs, or other archival storage space.
In the event we undergo a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, neither your Manuscript nor any portion thereof will be among the assets transferred.
